Recovery is full of daily challenges and rewarding milestones. It is a complete overhaul of your life mentally, emotionally physically and spiritually. I have been in your shoes, and understand the roller coaster of feelings that come from this journey of self discovery in your new skin.
It’s hard enough getting sober and maintaining it. But then we discover we have to figure out how to live a life without our “toxic best friend”. My hope is that you will experience this time with less feelings of overwhelm, and over time, you will discover your voice and the confidence to create a life that you love in sobriety.
